Autumn Book Tag

Thanks to Reg @ She Latitude for tagging me in this! Winter has actually just started for New Zealand, but that’s my fault for running late… So, I’m pretending winter doesn’t exist, and that it’s still autumn. Yay!

1) What is your favorite thing about autumn?

Autumn is definitely the prettiest season. Yeah, it’s cold and dreary, BUT LOOK AT ALL THE LEAVES. It’s gorgeous all of the time! 

2) What book reminds you of your school days?

The first ones that come to mind is the Babysitter’s Club or the Gymnastic Girls (or something like that?). I was OBSESSED with both of these series when I was at primary school, and every time I see them I remember that time in my life

3) What cover reminds you of autumn?

Drums of Autumn was the first one I thought of, even though the cover isn’t particularly autumn-like. Also To Kill a Mockingbird – I haven’t read it, I don’t think I really plan to, but it’s so autumny! 

4) What is your favourite horror or Halloween story?

I HATE horror. I hate everything about it, it makes me feel genuinely sick. So, I guess none of them? 

5) What is your favourite horror or halloween film?

See above, thoughts haven’t changed! 

6) What autumn book release are you looking forward to?

Even though I haven’t read it yet, I had to choose the Crown, the next book in the Selection series. I’m so in love with this series, I can’t wait to read the final one! Plus, look how gorgeous the cover is

7) What autumn movie release are you anticipating?

CIVIL WAR, OBVIOUSLY. Did you not see me raving about it? Cap is my tiny love, even though he’s huge. I will fight you for him

8) What are the three books you plan to read this autumn?

I have reviews floating around. You guys know what I read (and you can check if you want to know more!)

I won’t tag anyone for this, since I’m almost a whole month late, and in an opposite season to most of you. Maybe next year you can all do it?
